Brown Mountain lights
There’s a legend in the area, since the earliest days in the valley people have seen mysterious lights rising from the trees. There has never been an explanation for the ghostly lights. While there I rode up the parkway and parked at an overlook hoping to get a glimpse myself. The Brown Mountain lights attract people in the fall every year who hope to see them like I did.
